Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Construction Manager – Electrical to lead medium to large EPC projects in the power and infrastructure sector from mobilization through commissioning and handover. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with budgets, schedules and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering and 12–20 years of relevant experience, including Gulf countries and/or India,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12–20 years of experience in EPC/ construction leadership.
• Experience in medium-to-large EPC projects, substations, power plants, and transmission lines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage and successfully deliver medium to large EPC projects in power/infrastructure.
• Oversee construction activities from mobilization to testing, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, contractual requirements, quality standards and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and project teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
