Qualifications

• UAE National with valid family book as per Emiratisation requirements.
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Basic knowledge of engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, or programming languages.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a structured graduate development program.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of dry utility systems including power distribution and telecom networks.
• Support engineering teams in delivering technical outputs within project timelines.
• Analyze project data and contribute to multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Utilize engineering software to solve design challenges.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical input.
