Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Technical Secretary – Electrical in Abu Dhabi to provide administrative and technical support to the Head of the Electrical Department. The role requires an Electrical Engineering background and the ability to manage project documentation and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of related experience in electrical engineering or technical coordination within water treatment or industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3+ years in electrical engineering, project coordination, or technical coordination roles.
• Experience in water treatment/industrial/MEP is preferred.
• Strong coordination, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support to the Head of the Electrical Department.
• Assist with electrical documents, drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and site teams for department needs.
• Maintain and track electrical drawings, submittals, technical submissions, approvals, and other project documents.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and departmental records.
• Follow up on technical and project actions to ensure timely completion.
