Our client from a prestigious VIP private yacht owner, is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join his team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and management of all electrical systems onboard a luxury yacht. This role requires in-depth knowledge of marine electrical systems, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment on yachts, cruise ships, and cargo ships.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with naval architects, marine engineers, and other technical staff to develop and implement electrical system designs and modifications.
• Oversee the installation and testing of electrical equipment, including generators, propulsion systems, and navigation systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to electrical systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with marine safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to crew members and other personnel as needed.
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for electrical system upgrades and repairs.
