Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands‑on experience in 220kV cable pulling, laying, and termination along with strong Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) expertise. The ideal candidate will support high‑voltage power transmission and industrial infrastructure projects by overseeing installation, inspection, and commissioning activities.
- Supervise and execute 220kV cable pulling, laying, and jointing activities.
- Oversee E&I installations including control panels, instruments, field wiring, cable trays, and grounding.
- Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for trenching, routing, and equipment installation.
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and loop diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards (IEC/IEEE), and safety regulations.
- Manage QA/QC documentation and support inspections and testing (IRs, FAT, SAT, continuity, insulation resistance, etc.).
- Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 58 years of experience in HV cable projects and E&I systems.
- Strong knowledge of 220kV cable pulling techniques, tension limits, and HV safety.
- Proven experience in industrial E&I works in oil & gas, power plants, or utilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and electrical calculation tools.
