The Role

Oversee on-site personnel, completing all pre-commissioning and commissioning-related preparation, execution, documentation, approval, punch list management, certification, and handover tasks. This includes reviewing relevant pre-commissioning and commissioning documents & plans, managing personnel mobilization, supervising the procurement of pre-commissioning and commissioning materials, and coordinating on-site technical support from vendors. Assist and support the COMPANY in commissioning and starting up tasks of process systems. Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of large-scale oil and gas treatment facilities.

• Exhibits mastery in interpreting electrical drawings like SLDs and schematics to ensure precise alignment of field installations with design intent.
• Capable of effectively coordinating commissioning activities among diverse project stakeholders, including management, designers, vendors, and contractors.
