JOB TITLE : ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar role in an RO Desalination Water Plant, preferably managing a diverse, multi-cultural workforce.

Hands‑on expertise with LV/MV Switchgear, Transformers, Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), UPS Systems, LV/MV Cables, Relays, ECMS, Power Meters, and Electrical Protection Devices.

Hands‑on expertise with electrical troubleshooting and testing techniques, with or without using tools such as power quality analysis, primary and secondary injection testing kits, thermal imaging cameras, insulation testers, etc.

Proficiency with electrical standards and codes such as IEC, NFPA, IEEE, BS, and NEC.

Experience in commissioning, start‑up, and condition‑based maintenance is preferred.

Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and familiarity with power quality monitoring systems.

Qualifications:

An engineering related diploma / degree or equivalent

Recognized management qualification (optional)

Education certifications / credentials must be recognized / attested from UAE Embassy and relevant authorities
