Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced electrical engineering professional to supervise site activities for transportation infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. You will lead LV/MV/HV networks, oversee substations, street lighting, and utility diversions while coordinating with authorities and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, roads, or transportation projects.
• Strong experience with LV/MV/HV networks, substations, street lighting, and utility diversions.
• Experience coordinating with utility authorities and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical cable diversion, rerouting and relocation works.
• Ensure proper cable protection measures during construction activities.
• Review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, SLDs, and load schedules.
• Coordinate new electrical assets, feeder pillars, and service terminations as per TAQA standards.
• Manage temporary and permanent power supply for road and infrastructure utilities.
• Oversee substation relocation, shutdown coordination, and authority approvals.
• Supervise street lighting relocation and cabling works.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, quality, and HSE compliance.
