- Supervise and guide the electrical team, including supervisors and technicians.
- Preventive Maintenance scheduled follow ups to avoid breakdowns.
- Corrective Maintenance fixing issues identified during inspections.
- Reactive Maintenance responding to unexpected faults or failures.
- Planned Works upgrades, replacements, and scheduled improvements.
- Provide electrical support for temporary setups during events, ensuring safe and reliable power supply.
- Ensure all work complies with UAE Electricity Supply Regulations, Abu Dhabi DoE, ADDC and international standards like IEC, NFPA, and BS codes.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for e-Procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor asset performance and manage them in line with asset life cycle principles.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend system improvements.
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in facilities management or building maintenance role in Gulf.
- Technical Knowledge.
- Strong understanding of LV and HV systems, protection systems, and load management.
- Familiarity with electrical safety, earthing, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Awareness of building automation systems (BMS) and energy management systems.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems such as FSI Concept Evolution, MRI ,or SAAP to manage work orders, asset tracking, and reporting.
- Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and ensure safety protocols are followed for high-risk tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
