Electrical Draftsman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Draftsman to develop and prepare technical drawings for low-voltage (LV) switchgear systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting, proficiency in CAD software, and a strong understanding of electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting designs for LV switchgear systems, including LV panels, distribution boards (DB), sub-main distribution boards (SMDB), and automatic transfer switches (ATS)
2. Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD and E-Plan
3. Developing technical drawings, assisting in customer submissions, and coordinating with the production team for red mark-ups and as-built documentation
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Familiarity with EATON products is an advantage
6. Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts

Requirements

Qualification:

1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

1. 3-5 years of experience in the low-voltage switchgear industry
