Job Responsibilities and Requirements

• Experience in preparing SLD & schematics, MTOS, electrical layouts, installation details, panel schedules, and interconnection drawings.
• Strong experience in developing 3D models of electrical equipment, trays, lighting, etc., with library/attributes as per client requirements.
• Experience in preparing weight control reports for electrical parts, including bulks.
• Ability to participate in 3D model reviews with clients and manage tasks independently.
• Mandatory tools: AutoCAD, SP3D, Navis, MS Office.

Mission

Perform technical tasks assigned by the Electrical Lead related to design, verification, testing, or study of electrical systems in accordance with project requirements, schedule, and quality standards.

Ensure correct and timely exchange of information with all project stakeholders and implement Saipem operating guidelines.

Tasks

The Designer executes activities within their responsibility, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Additional Tasks Include:

1. Development of technology know-how and support for commercial activities.
2. Feasibility studies and bidding phase support, including technical review and proposal development.
3. Analyzing tender requirements, participating in design reviews, and identifying deviations and alternatives.
4. Preparing material quantities, weights (MTOs), BOQs, and technical documentation for electrical systems and materials.
5. Supporting project execution, including review of client documentation, defining system design requirements, and participating in 3D modeling reviews.
6. Supporting construction and startup activities, including technical support and documentation review.
