About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Process Design Engineering: Contribute to analyzing information and specifying methods, process steps, plant machinery, and equipment to design and improve manufacturing or materials processes, ensuring delivery within cost and quality parameters.
- Engineering Solutions Design: Assist in designing engineering solutions, developing feasibility testing approaches, and supervising their implementation to support development and validation of solutions.
- Engineering Standards Specification: Support drafting engineering standards and specifications, and evaluate their effectiveness under senior guidance.
- Engineering Inspections: Conduct inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and the integrity of installations, recommending remedial actions to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Contract Management: Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers, acting as a primary contact within established contract plans.
- Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings in processes and procedures, and implement change management programs to address them.
- Knowledge Management System: Support others in utilizing knowledge management systems effectively.
- Product and Solution Development: Engage in product development activities, analyzing customer needs and delivering solutions using established systems.
- Project Management: Achieve project goals within an established plan.
- Personal Capability Building: Enhance personal skills through training, development activities, and maintaining relevant professional accreditation. Stay informed about industry best practices through continuous education.
- Client & Customer Management (External): Assist senior colleagues in managing client and customer relationships using relevant systems.
