About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

1. Process Design Engineering: Contribute to analyzing information and specifying methods, process steps, plant machinery, and equipment to design and improve manufacturing or materials processes, ensuring delivery within cost and quality parameters.
2. Engineering Solutions Design: Assist in designing engineering solutions, developing feasibility testing approaches, and supervising their implementation to support development and validation of solutions.
3. Engineering Standards Specification: Support drafting engineering standards and specifications, and evaluate their effectiveness under senior guidance.
4. Engineering Inspections: Conduct inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and the integrity of installations, recommending remedial actions to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
5. Contract Management: Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers, acting as a primary contact within established contract plans.
6. Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings in processes and procedures, and implement change management programs to address them.
7. Knowledge Management System: Support others in utilizing knowledge management systems effectively.
8. Product and Solution Development: Engage in product development activities, analyzing customer needs and delivering solutions using established systems.
9. Project Management: Achieve project goals within an established plan.
10. Personal Capability Building: Enhance personal skills through training, development activities, and maintaining relevant professional accreditation. Stay informed about industry best practices through continuous education.
11. Client & Customer Management (External): Assist senior colleagues in managing client and customer relationships using relevant systems.
