Job summary

Amana Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate electrical works across construction projects in the UAE. You will ensure adherence to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards while guiding onsite teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical installations, LV switchgear, earthing, and coordination with other trades, with a focus on quality, scheduling, and reporting to deliver projects on time and within safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervision in electrical works on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and wiring.
• Experience with LV switchgear, cable terminations, earthing, lightning protection.
• Familiarity with DEWA/ADDC regulations and installation requirements.
• Ability to read drawings, load schedules, and specs.
• Proven leadership to manage site teams and coordinate tasks.
• Good communication and reporting skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Civil/MEP site activities and crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, permits, and specs.
• Schedule tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Monitor progress against drawings, specs, testing, and quality standards.
• Resolve site issues by coordinating with Engineers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and site staff.
• Prepare daily work plans and arrange manpower, materials, tools.
• Ensure proper sequencing and interface management per schedule.
• Maintain records of activities and progress reports.
