Job summary

Gulf Workforce is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman in Abu Dhabi to lead and supervise electrical works on construction sites. The role focuses on managing electricians, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering on project timelines.

You will supervise installations, read drawings, and coordinate with engineers while maintaining safety and daily progress reports. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for site mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as Electrical Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works including power, lighting, earthing, and ELV systems.
• Lead and manage electricians and helpers on site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and other trades.
• Plan daily work activities, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and support testing & commissioning activities.
