Job Description

• Provide expert advice on electrical and building materials to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that best-selling products are always in stock while minimizing overstock of slow-moving items.
• Conduct regular product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of new materials.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their project needs, offering tailored solutions and alternatives.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the purchasing experience.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and obtain promotional materials that enhance sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail or wholesale sales environment is highly desirable.
