Overview Of The Role:

To perform repairs and service on customer vehicles as per Manufacturers Standards of electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools to identify the source of problems and repair vehicles using Fix It Right First Time process, to provide unique customer experience in order to improve customer retention in compliance with OEM (EV Brand Corporation) standards.

What You Will Do:

1. Perform periodic maintenance service on the customer's vehicle.
2. Address minor repair jobs on customer's vehicle without compromising the quality of work.
3. Accurately complete all job cards provided and provide cost estimates to customers that require or request additional service jobs.
4. Conduct final inspection as per the SOP (standard operating procedure) and ensure prompt punch in and punch out to get the accurate booking hours.
5. Deliver the desired efficiency and productivity as per targets given.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

1. Knowledge and experience of EV components and systems both high and low voltage.
2. Knowledge of all safety procedures related to EV repairs.
3. Up to date with the latest technology used in EV cars.
4. Logical, lateral and analytical thinking and determined problem solver.

About The Team:

The role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a busy EV workshop environment.
