Job summary

Talent One Solutions is seeking a Supervisor - Construction (EIT) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves supervising daily EIT installation work, guiding field crews to meet approved drawings, quality requirements and construction targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications crews, ensuring permits and materials are in place, supervising installation activities, enforcing safety, and supporting testing and documentation until project completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation or a related discipline.
• 6+ years in EIT construction, including 2+ years supervising field crews.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily work to electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications crews within assigned scope.
• Check approved drawings, materials, tools, access and permits before starting activities.
• Supervise cable trays, pulling, glanding, terminations, equipment installation and instrument hook ups as applicable.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices and isolation controls.
• Check installation workmanship and request inspections at required hold points.
• Coordinate with adjacent disciplines to avoid clashes and protect completed installations.
• Record quantities, manpower, progress and constraints, and escalates technical issues.
• Support testing teams, punch clearance and completion documentation without unauthorized energization.
