A luxury hotel chain in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced EHS & Hygiene Executive to manage food safety operations and compliance. The role requires a degree in Micro Biology and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive HACCP knowledge and strong leadership skills, ensuring all food hygiene standards and practices are followed.

Job Requirement:
The EHS & Hygiene Executive is responsible for the monitoring of all HACCP procedures and food safety programs. Also responsible for implementation of Health programs and procedures for The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. Works in conjunction with food safety manual as per Marriott Food Safety Policy.
Managing Hygiene and Food Safety Operations
Post graduate and/or University/Hotel Management School. Degree in Micro Biology or similar qualification. HACCP auditor certification preferred but not required.
