Job summary

Swissotel Al Murooj Dubai, part of AccorHotels, is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Officer to plan and monitor health, safety and environmental activities across the hotel.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of EHS experience, with strong communication skills and knowledge of regulations. You will conduct inspections, implement EHS programs, and promote a positive safety culture in a bustling downtown hotel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in an EHS Officer role or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the hotel.
• Develop and implement annual EHS plans, inspections, audits, and awareness programs.
• Provide guidance and advice to associates and management on EHS matters.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for associates.
• Review accident and incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
