Qualifications

• Must be Egyptian or have extensive knowledge of Egyptian cuisine.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Chef, preferably in an Egyptian restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, spices and techniques used in Egyptian cooking.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail with strong plating skills.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.

As an Egyptian Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of traditional Egyptian dishes as well as creating new and innovative dishes that reflect the flavors and culture of Egypt. This position requires a strong understanding of Egyptian cuisine as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
