The role involves overseeing operations like public education, participant registration, logistics, and document preparation at various collection sites. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, flexibility for fieldwork, and a High School Diploma. Previous experience in outreach or event coordination is preferred. This field-based role requires travel across Dubai and direct interaction with participants.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in community outreach, event coordination, or public engagement is preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple sample collection locations across Dubai.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic fieldwork environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information to visitors about the Emirati Genome Program.
• Assist participants in completing the registration process using the consent management tool.
• Oversee the safe transportation and handling of collected samples to designated laboratories.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available and prepared at each collection site.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on site activities, including participant numbers and challenges faced.
