Job description

Job Purpose:

  • The position will be responsible for ensuring all Banking and Financial requirements of the Client are serviced on time and result in growth in Client portfolio and relationship with the Bank.
  • To provide portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank as well as retaining their loyality and respect. Enhance Wealth Management balance sheet sales/revenues and promote cross selling of bank products to all existing clients.
  • Source new business from HNW clients through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.
  • Ensure clients awareness of all financial services offered by the bank. Reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual ad monthly financial targets
  • Directly responsible for interfacing and engaging with Clients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Effective and efficient sourcing and processing of Investment products requirements of Clients such as Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Bonds , Sukuk etc. based on their Risk profile.
  • Similarly sourcing and servicing of Asset products such as Mortgage, Auto loans, Loans against Shares, Credit Cards, etc.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Optimize the potential value of the client base through the delivery of Wealth Management products and services
  • Communicate with HNW clients and identify their financial needs and recommending products
  • Achieve revenue goals, sales and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services
  • Proactively broadening & deepening relationships with BANK customers through effective customer contact (calls and meetings ) thereby enhancing the financial value for BANK
  • Maximize profitability from HNW client base whilst countering competition from other providers offering alternative Wealth Management products
  • Display UAB values of Integrity, Customer focus, competence, consistency and courteousness
  • Acquire new to bank HNW customers as well as their portfolios while maintaining superior customer service experience
  • Risk Management obligation is the systematic application of management policies, procedures and practices to the tasks of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating and monitoring risk. This helps to mitigate risks to acceptable levels of management.
  • Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client’s personal data, align clients need through superior service, seamlessly align service delivery for enhanced experience; thereby helping the client reach short term and long term investment goals
  • Focus on business development across liabilities, assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved client stickiness
  • Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNW Clients for increasing customer base of the portfolio
  • Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients and showcase investment products as per the Client risk profile
  • Ensuring client communication at all times through updating of latest contact details in all necessary systems. Regular contact with all mapped clients through weekly / monthly calls
  • Resolution of queries for all managed clients within TAT

Job Requirements (Qualification/Experience):

  • University Graduate in the field of Marketing, Banking, Finance. or similar field.
  • CISI level Three and ESCA UAE Rules and Regulations Certification is a must
  • Minimum three to five years experience in Wealth Management position with another bank/financial services in UAE and Managing a book of HNW clients
