Job description

Maintenance Manager - FMCG

The Duty

  • Develop and implement maintenance policies and treatments and upgrade them as necessary.
  • Strategy, coordinate, and oversee upkeep activities for devices repair work and installment.
  • Display tools as well as spare component stock as well as location orders as essential.
  • Implement normal preventative upkeep that aims to forecast as well as avoid tools failures prior to they happen.
  • Implement and control upkeep spending plan while ensuring best techniques in the market.
  • Establish and apply health and wellness policies and procedures in dealing with device and tools.
  • Maintain good relations with contracts with supplies supplier, and handle the execution of maintenance job settlement.
  • Prepare and follow up the daily & monthly reports.

Needs

  • Bachelor's degree in Electric engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in food production sectors, preferred in flour mills.
  • Capacity to evaluate, process, and identify troubles as well as trends, and develop efficient options and methods.
  • Solid understanding of computer applications.
  • Efficient communication both oral and written skills.
