1. Develop and implement a comprehensive technology and data strategy for learning and development aligned with the government's digital transformation goals.
2. Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of learning management systems and other digital learning platforms.
3. Leverage data analytics to track learning outcomes, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
4. Lead and manage a team of technology and data professionals, providing guidance and support.
5. Explore and implement innovative learning technologies such as AI, VR, AR, and microlearning to enhance the learning experience.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in technology, data management, and digital platforms.
• At least 4 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably at the executive level.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies, with a preference for knowledge of LMS and digital data within the education sector.
• Expertise in data management principles including collection, storage, analysis, and security.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term technology and digital strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical information.
