Responsibilities

The Sales Manager for the Middle East region supports the business in achieving educational outcomes and commercial growth. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Understanding the educational and commercial objectives of schools and groups within the region.
  2. Setting and monitoring commercial targets.
  3. Evaluating the impact of strategies implemented.
  4. Driving revenue growth through customer relationships.
  5. Developing training programs.
  6. Fostering a culture that values education for commercial growth.
  7. Reporting on achievements.
  8. Managing a portfolio of schools and distributors.
  9. Leading in school relations, being in-market daily, and ensuring TTS remains top of mind for key schools and groups.
  10. Building relationships and closing annual order deals through strategic thinking and strong account management.
Main Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Portfolio Management: Managing a portfolio of schools, building impactful relationships, and closing annual orders for TTS.
  • Strategy Alignment: Understanding and meeting educational and commercial goals, ensuring partnerships align with business objectives.
  • Setting and Monitoring Commercial Targets: Establishing and tracking financial goals aligned with educational partnerships.
  • Evaluating Impact of Strategies: Assessing the effectiveness of strategies on education and commerce.
  • Developing Customer Partnership Programs: Creating programs that combine educational value with commercial success.
  • Cultural Development: Cultivating a culture that values education as a driver for commercial growth.
Experience

Candidates should have proven experience in:

  • Successful sales and business development within the Education sector in the Middle East region.
  • Achieving financial targets in an education-focused environment.
  • Strategic planning and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in curriculum-aligned resource planning and sales.

The role involves managing approximately 150 accounts and agreements across a market covering 2,000 schools and nurseries.
