haus & haus holidays are looking for an Account Manager to liaise between the company and their landlords for all queries and concerns. They will be required to understand the core needs of the property owners, and address all needs in a quick and professional manner. This candidate should be ready to go the extra mile for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manager a portfolio of up to 100 landlords.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Can work under a high amount of pressure.
  • Leading and controlling face to face meetings.
  • Coordinating and facilitating exchanges between the client and the team.
  • Negotiating further properties to manage to maximize profit.
  • Retaining the business year on year.
  • Cross selling to other departments within the haus & haus group.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Top communicator with a high level of customer service.
  • Diligent and proactive.
  • Resilient and Strategic.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Holiday home experience an advantage.
  • Driver license essential.
