Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily office tasks, including communication, shipments, and supplies.
  2. Coordinate Health & Prevention initiatives and landlord relationships.
  3. Oversee procurement, vendor relations, and invoice management.
  4. Handle HR administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact.
  5. Coordinate logistics for meetings, training, and events; welcome customers and partners.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of key business economy concepts.
  • Fluent in English, with proficient language skills.
