Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Perform business process modeling and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement
