About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executives to join a fast-growing interior design & fit-out company in the UAE. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that elevate their spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant design/fit-out solutions
• Follow up with leads to schedule meetings or drive conversions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle basic administrative follow-ups and appointment setting

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Prior sales or telesales experience preferred
• UAE sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Must be available in the UAE and ready to join within a short notice
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
