Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive franchise sales and complete concept & design within the hospitality and food & beverage industry across the Middle Eastern region. This role will focus on engaging hotel owners, property developers, F&B industry investors, and real estate stakeholders, offering exclusive franchise opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, proven sales expertise, and the ability to independently manage and grow franchise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential franchise partners within the Middle Eastern F&B and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive franchise growth and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel owners, property developers, and investors to expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure franchise offerings align with market trends and brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong focus on sales.
  • Established network and connections within the Middle Eastern hospitality and F&B sectors.
  • Proven track record in franchise sales, business development, or corporate partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with the head office in Bangkok.

Conditions:

  • Salary between 15,000 - 22,000 AED/monthly + Commission
