This role requires extensive knowledge of billing procedures, great attention to detail, and compliance with all TMF reporting standards. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and developing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly
  2. Manage billing cycles
  3. Perform WIP cleanup
  4. Review and evaluate financial aspects in contracts to ensure billing aligns with agreements
  5. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  6. Respond to billing inquiries from customers and internal teams
  7. Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  8. Perform revenue reconciliation

Key Requirements

  1. University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
  4. Knowledge of MS Office
  5. Experience with process documentation is a plus
  6. Strong problem-solving and creative resolution skills
  7. Highly organized with attention to detail, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  8. Experience with ERP systems
  9. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous
