Job Opportunity: PR & Media Manager – Vacheron Constantin, Middle East

We are looking for a passionate and strategic PR & Media Manager to drive brand awareness, desirability, and engagement for Vacheron Constantin in the region. This role is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of luxury, craftsmanship, and communication, shaping the brand’s presence across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

PR & Media Strategy
  1. Contribute proactively to the business plan and overall brand strategy.
  2. Develop and implement innovative PR and media initiatives to enhance brand awareness, desirability, and conversion.
PR & Media Activation & Management
  1. Successfully build and execute the PR and Media Plan, ensuring impact and alignment with business objectives.
  2. Capable of building and nurturing a strong community around the Maison (watch community, Art and Culture).
  3. Optimize budgets while delivering high-impact activations.
  4. Act as the key liaison with HQ teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  5. Anticipate deadlines to ensure a smooth and timely implementation of all campaigns.
  6. Explore and integrate new media, formats, and activations to stay ahead of industry trends.
  7. Digital: paid and non-paid activities (digital investments, local landing pages, 3rd party apps…)
Content Strategy & Adaptation
  1. Lead local content creation projects to enhance brand storytelling.
  2. Adapt HQ content materials for regional relevance and impact.
  3. Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and best practices.
Monitoring, Reporting & Presentation
  1. Oversee media, PR, influencer, and digital activities, with support from a marketing executive.
  2. Performance analysis and assessment of media buying.
  3. Develop and maintain a structured reporting format (monthly) to track performance and key insights.
  4. Exhibit strong presentation skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiences using emotional intelligence.
Team Leadership
  1. Manage and mentor the Marketing Executive, providing clear task definitions and empowering her in interactions with HQ and external partners.
  2. Develop a structured growth and development plan for the team.
Budget & Administrative Management
  1. Manage the Media & PR budget, ensuring clear reporting and strategic allocation of funds.
  2. Provide regular updates to the line manager on budget usage and opportunities for optimization.
  3. Anticipate and manage supplier payments to ensure smooth operations.

  1. A strategic thinker with a strong background in PR, media, and luxury brand communications.
  2. Experienced in regional media landscapes, with a deep understanding of luxury and watchmaking industries.
  3. A natural leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, inspire a team, and drive results.
  4. A creative and proactive problem-solver, always looking for new ways to elevate brand presence.
  5. Strong emotional intelligence.
  6. Strong negotiation skills.
  7. Understanding/knowledge in photo and video software.
  8. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
