Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
•
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, internal capability, resource availability, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
•
Proposal, quotation and cost estimation preparation
•
Support work for clarification, contract negotiation and inquiry information management.
•
Support work for developing a business strategy by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
•
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
•
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
•
Review Bids / Contracts offered by Vendors or Sub-contractors in order to choose the most cost-effective options.
•
Review contracts documents issued by Client for accuracy and compliance.
•
Correspondence and negotiation with Client, Vendors or Sub-contractors for proposal Quotation, Tendering (ITT), contract conditions etc.
•
Assist CEC Management to ensure Quality, Health, Safety & Environment in accordance with the CEC s Policies and procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirement
•
At least bachelor's degree
•
Over 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry.
•
Proven work experience in Oil & Gas industry or similar role
•
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
•
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
•
Understanding of sales performance metrics
•
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
