As we expand our Rest of the World (ROW) operations, we are seeking a Spanish and English-speaking Account Manager to manage our direct clients and affiliate partners across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Conversion
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to convert leads into Live Account holders.
- Guide clients through the First-Time Deposit (FTD) process and promote active trading behaviours.
Retention & Reactivation
- Re-engage dormant clients and maintain consistent contact with active clients to drive sustained trading and deposit activity.
- Build long-term loyalty by delivering exceptional service and personalised follow-up.
Affiliate & CPA Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for affiliate (CPA) partners, supporting their onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement.
- Help maximise affiliate campaign performance by providing relevant insights and support.
Relationship Management
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients from ROW regions, responding to daily queries and collaborating with internal departments (compliance, operations, marketing) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Build trust and rapport with clients through tailored support and consultative interactions.
Cross-Selling & Growth Opportunities
- Identify opportunities for clients to explore additional platforms or become partners (e.g., IBs, Affiliates).
- Offer strategic guidance to help clients expand their trading activity and investment potential.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Prioritise and manage leads within the CRM, executing structured outreach campaigns.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and messaging tools, adapting your tone and approach to suit client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity logs to monitor progress and ensure alignment with KPIs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions and client outreach with wider campaign goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in client management, account handling, or affiliate marketing, ideally in Forex, trading, or fintech.
- Proven ability to meet sales and conversion targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with resilience, persistence, and a proactive mindset.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
