Housekeeping Attendant - DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Hilton Hotels

A Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping activities by addressing guest requests, analyzing each request, and delegating tasks among team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and guests have an exceptional experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will assist the Housekeeping team by delegating daily activities within the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service in all areas of Housekeeping, in line with hotel brand standards
• Ensuring rooms are available and ready for guest service in collaboration with Floor Housekeeping Supervision
• Checking guest information in CRM daily and ensuring guest preferences and requests are met promptly
• Requesting flowers for special occasions and providing embroidery for special linen
• Managing daily laundry service for guests' clothing
