The Director of PR & Communications leads the development and execution of our brand's public relations and communication strategies, ensuring the brand's image aligns with the ultra-luxury real estate market in Dubai. This role is essential in driving media relations, press campaigns, and strategic partnerships to elevate our brand's visibility and reputation in high-end markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated PR and communications strategy that strengthens our brand's positioning as a pioneer in ultra-luxury real estate.
- Oversee and ensure consistency in brand messaging, media engagement, and digital communications across all platforms.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision, values, and business objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of high-impact PR campaigns, securing top-tier media placements in global luxury, business, and real estate publications.
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and high-net-worth stakeholders to enhance positive brand coverage.
- Manage crisis communications, ensuring effective response strategies that protect the brand's reputation.
- Monitor media sentiment, track PR performance, and report insights to senior leadership.
- Lead the brand management strategy, ensuring the development of compelling campaigns that reinforce our brand's luxury status.
- Oversee advertising, digital marketing, partnerships, events, and experiential activations to drive brand equity.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to align communications strategies with commercial goals.
- Direct the social media strategy, ensuring our brand's online presence reflects its ultra-luxury positioning.
- Drive digital storytelling, influencer partnerships, and engagement initiatives that resonate with high-net-worth audiences.
- Oversee paid and organic social campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven execution and brand consistency.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, including the PR Manager, Brand Manager, Social Media Manager, and PR & Communications Executives.
- Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum brand impact.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the communications team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 10-15 Years of experience in PR & Comms, minimum 5 Years of working as a team leader in the Real Estate Market
- Strong Communication Skills, Media Relations Expertise, Crisis Management, Strategic Thinking, Event Management, Strong knowledge in Brand Alignment, Negotiation Skills, and Project Management.
- This position requires occasional travel outside the UAE
