Job Description

The HR Specialist is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to support the overall HR strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks efficiently while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

  • handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts professionally

  • assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines

  • oversee performance management processes, including employee evaluations and development plans

  • maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

  • coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth

  • support payroll processing by ensuring accurate timesheets, leave records, and employee benefits administration

  • conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies

  • collaborate with department managers to identify workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies

  • stay updated on labor laws, HR trends, and best practices to ensure legal compliance and enhance HR efficiency

Requirements:

  • bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in HR functions, preferably in the UAE

  • strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications

  • high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

  • fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

  • certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus
