Job Description: HSE Officer

We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer to ensure safety and health standards across our oil and gas projects. The role involves implementing and monitoring project HSE plans, conducting safety training, site inspections, and incident investigations, and maintaining safety records. The candidate will promote a safety culture and liaise with project teams to uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement and monitor project HSE plans to ensure compliance with ADNOC or client safety standards.
  2. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments.
  3. Perform site inspections and HSE audits to identify hazards.
  4. Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and non-conformities.
  5. Maintain HSE documentation including PTWs, training logs, and incident reports.
  6. Promote safety culture across site teams and subcontractors.
  7. Liaise with project engineers, supervisors, and management regarding safety issues.
Candidate Profile
  • Diploma or Degree in any field + NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).
  • 5–7 years of total experience, with at least 3 years as an HSE Officer in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • GCC experience is mandatory.
  • Experience with ADNOC projects or approval is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and incident reporting skills.
