What You'll Do

  • Drive service sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with FM companies, contractors, and consultants.
  • Develop competitive service packages based on market trends.
  • Secure high-margin service contracts and ensure smooth project handoff.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide market insights for product and business improvements.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with service sales experience.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and securing high-value contracts.
  • Knowledge of vertical transportation solutions and UAE construction market.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • UAE driving license required.
