About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Events Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production process of custom exhibition stands, info boards, mood boards, and event activations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fabrication, supplier coordination, cost estimation, and workshop supervision. This role demands hands-on experience and a proven ability to manage complex builds under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the fabrication and production of exhibition stands and other wood work for event activations.
  • Manage and supervise in-house and outsourced workshop teams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with multiple suppliers, craftsmen/carpenters, and freelancers for carpentry, signage, custom fabrication, AV, and logistics.
  • Develop accurate material lists and detailed cost estimates for fabrication, labor, and third-party services.
  • Oversee production timelines, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, even under high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on event concepts and execution plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and branding requirements across all builds.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in fabricating exhibition stands and managing event production
  • Prior experience managing a workshop or production team
  • Hands-on involvement in producing fan zones, brand pop-ups, or activation events beyond exhibitions.
  • Ability to independently manage suppliers and production workflows with tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Event Management, Industrial Design, Production, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
  • Flexibility to work on-site, during weekends or late hours when necessary.
