Overview of the role:

The Warehouse Executive manages procurement and inventory of workshop consumables, sublets linked to repair jobs, and various workshop and facility needs. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing procurement via the Ariba platform, supervising goods receipt, and ensuring accurate invoicing and payments to support efficient workshop operations.

What you will do:

1. Identify and request vendor quotes for workshop consumables, sublets, and facility needs.
2. Ensure competitive pricing and quality compliance in procurement.
3. Create accurate purchase orders (POs) using the Ariba system.
4. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
6. Supervise the receiving, storing, and issuing of workshop supplies.
7. Collaborate with vendors for accurate invoicing and payment follow-ups.
8. Ensure compliance with procurement and inventory policies.
9. Partner with workshop teams to fulfill operational needs and minimize downtime.

Required skills to be successful:

1. Proficiency in Ariba and basic computer tools (Excel, Word).
2. High accuracy in inventory and procurement records.
3. Strong communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage.
4. Familiarity with stock control, goods receipt, and workshop operations.
5. Ability to plan, organize, and analyze.
6. Technical knowledge in vehicle repair and software is beneficial.
7. UAE driver's license is an advantage.
