Job Title: Project Manager (Civil Construction)

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. This includes overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets with the project team.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals.
  4. Lead and manage site engineers, staff, procurement team, and subcontractors.
  5. Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
  6. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource mobilization/demobilization.
  7. Prepare and approve project budgets, ensuring alignment with project scope.
  8. Monitor project operations and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  9. Manage subcontractor performance and resolve site challenges.
  10. Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws and safety standards.
  11. Coordinate with HSE and QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards.
  12. Address technical or contractual issues on-site.
  13. Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and project updates for management.
  14. Conduct weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
  15. Oversee project finalization, handover, and final statement of accounts.
