A fast-growing SaaS company in the HRTech and FinTech space is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives, brand and content strategy, events, and PR. The platform enables global businesses to onboard, manage, and pay remote teams seamlessly, offering services such as payroll solutions, time-off tracking, and expense management.

Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the company's voice, grow market presence, and create compelling narratives for both regional and international audiences. You'll be responsible for building and scaling a marketing team that drives brand awareness and supports go-to-market success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Own and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and all marketing channels including social media, content, events, and PR.
  • Scale organic acquisition via SEO-driven content, website optimization, and thought leadership.
  • Strengthen market positioning through refined messaging and brand strategy.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, product, and other key departments.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to measure and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize conversions across channels.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a growth-stage startup (Series A-C).
  • Proven ability to manage and scale marketing teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience localizing brand and content strategies for both regional and global audiences.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in organic growth and category leadership.
  • Experience managing creative teams and working with external agencies.
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • Bonus: Experience supporting GTM in emerging and high-growth regions.
