Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. The new Business Development team will build and nurture relationships with real estate broker partners to collaborate and achieve collective goals.

Your Qualifications:

• Identify, engage, and onboard future brokers for our client's network.
• Serve as the first line of support to brokers for training, marketing materials, collaterals, and communications.
• Provide unwavering support and guidance to our client's internal brokers to ensure they meet their sales targets.
• Organize and conduct regular sales review meetings.
• Work closely with sales teams to support collective sales targets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry (at least 2 years UAE experience).
• Extensive broker network.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
