Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead and oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of customer service, team performance, food quality, and cleanliness, contributing to a positive dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front-of-house staff and daily restaurant operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and assist with training new employees.
  • Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Support opening and closing duties including cash handling and shift reports.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and consistency in food quality.
  • Maintain a positive and productive working environment among staff.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to improve service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Food safety certification is a plus.
