GSK's GULF Oncology team is seeking an Oncology / Hematology Account Manager to manage sales and business activities across an assigned geographical scope. The key responsibilities include driving sales, leveraging customer relationships, and impacting various customer segments. This involves designing and implementing business plans to increase revenue from targeted customers based on strategic analysis. Understanding and leveraging the roles of cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations is crucial. Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of oncology and hematology customers and accounts, as well as local business dynamics.

Core Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop market intelligence and initiate the forecasting process in alignment with the commercial trade channel and marketing teams to reflect actual market demand.
  2. Drive end-to-end patient solutions and tracking to support product supply, coordinating with supply chain and commercial trade teams to ensure product availability and manage shelf-life.
  3. Conduct effective group meetings and interactions with HCPs to increase disease and product awareness.
  4. Drive performance through patient recruitment and full account management, adhering to GSK's ways of working.
  5. Address market needs with marketing-specific tasks to enhance portfolio performance.
  6. Establish long-lasting relationships with scientific societies and Key External Experts (KEEs) to leverage advocacy and support patient care regionally.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement territorial plans with clear success roadmaps for key accounts.
Why You - Basic Qualifications & Skills:
  • BSc Degree in Pharmacy or Medical Sciences
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with proven consecutive success.
  • Recent oncology/hematology experience in UAE (minimum 1 year).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
  • Resident in UAE is mandatory.
