Role Overview

The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. This role demands strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Project Integration Management
  • Develop project charters, create management plans, oversee project work, monitor and control progress, and perform change control.
  • Manage scope definition, change control, and negotiate scope variations, including anticipating change orders for risks.
  • Provide project management KPIs to measure progress and performance.
  • Ensure proper project closure by resolving all issues.
  • Support sales with project proposals, including risk assessments and planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with EDGE & KATIM processes and tools.
Project Scope & Schedule Management
  • Define scope, sequence activities, estimate resources and durations, develop and control schedules.
  • Support proposal development with feasibility assumptions.
Project Cost Management
  • Estimate, budget, and control project costs, including monitoring financial status and delivering within budget.
  • Manage overhead costs through timesheet processes.
Project Quality Management
  • Plan, assure, and control quality, applying KATIM QA procedures.
Project Resource Management
  • Utilize resources effectively, including contractors and third parties, maintaining or improving resource hours.
  • Evaluate resource skills and provide feedback for improvement.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Identify stakeholders, manage their expectations, and report project status accurately.
  • Coordinate with security, deployment, and QA teams as needed.
  • Engage with engineering leads and program managers to ensure process adherence and resource planning.
  • Represent the voice of delivery to customers and vice versa.
Risk & Opportunity Management
  • Identify, analyze, and respond to risks and opportunities.
  • Develop plans for risk mitigation and opportunity realization.
  • Ensure technical issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
  • Report new business opportunities and scope upgrade possibilities.
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5-8 years proven experience managing projects from initiation to closure.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
