Requirements

As the Marketing Manager your key overall responsibilities encompass various facets including event management and brand promotion:

For events:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for all ITP B2B Events including conferences and awards ceremonies.
  • Craft campaigns across multiple channels (print digital social barter and thirdparty platforms) to enhance event performance.
  • Create and execute EDM campaigns aimed at driving event revenue through ticket and table sales sponsorship leads and conference registrations.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand identities across all eventrelated materials.
  • Cultivate and manage effective media partnerships to increase awareness of B2B brands aligning with relevant associations.
  • Maintain and update event websites regularly to reflect the latest information throughout campaign cycles.
  • Generate content for various marketing materials such as emails banner ads print ads digital ads and social media posts.
  • Manage and maintain event media kits and media plans.
  • Oversee event registration and guest lists.
  • Enhance brand visibility through strategic barter contracts regularly reviewing and renewing agreements.
  • Develop media plans for each event spanning a minimum of three months.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce marketing collaterals ensuring adherence to briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of event marketing strategies to refine activities and improve ROI.
Brand promotion:
  • Establish partnerships with relevant media partners to extend brand reach to target audiences.
  • Provide necessary collaterals to maximize visibility at thirdparty events.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure timely approval of agreements and orders.
  • Coordinate with contractors to set up media booths effectively.
  • Key tools for executing these responsibilities include Zoho CRM Hootsuite Mailchimp Forms Campaigns and basic proficiency in Photoshop and Canva.
