Job description

Whats The Goal

In this internship, you will work closely with the Sales team to assist in proactively analyzing and reviewing information on current business, identifying opportunities or potential problems, and assisting in the development of key metrics to drive increased sales and customer satisfaction.

How Will You Contribute
  1. Visualize and distribute periodical reports to the sales team to track sales goals.
  2. Achieve organizational goals by defining, integrating, and upgrading a comprehensive architecture to support applications, platforms, and databases.
  3. Develop presentations analyzing sales and marketing activities, results, key metrics, KPIs, campaign tracking, and achievements, along with ad hoc strategic analysis.
  4. Support management in coordinating departmental meetings.
  5. Use existing data platforms to create new methodologies to analyze business opportunities and risks.
Skills You’ll Learn or Need
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for dealing with customers and team members.
  • Sales Techniques: Basic selling strategies, cold calling, objection handling.
  • CRM Tools: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Research & Analysis: Ability to assess markets and identify sales opportunities.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating across departments, often with marketing or product teams.
  • Time Management: Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
