About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Editor to manage and develop content across our social media platforms. The role requires strong writing skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to align messaging with the organization’s tone and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Write and edit engaging content for multiple social media channels.
  2. Schedule and publish posts according to a strategic content calendar.
  3. Coordinate with design teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
  4. Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
  5. Track key performance metrics and prepare reports.
  6. Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
  7. Ensure all content adheres to branding and editorial guidelines.
  8. Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions.
  9. Recommend strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content editing.
  3. Excellent writing and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English.
  4. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar.
  5. Knowledge of social media algorithms and audience behavior.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
